Can you carry forward an AS mark that was part of a Linear or Best of both entry?

It is possible for a candidate to carry forward the mark for the AS part of a Linear A Level or Best of both entry to a subsequent series, as the AS components are sat as part of any Linear or Best of both entry. 

As always, this would be subject to the usual carry forward rules: the two series must be within a 13 month period of each other and the syllabus must include the relevant carry forward options.
