Methods of payment for a Certifying Statement include debit/credit card. If you are applying for a Certifying Statement using our PDF form found here, you will need to include your email address as part of the process - the results team will then send a secure payment link to your email upon processing the initial part your application. 

We are unable to accept the following methods of payment for the Certifying Statement application:
