Whilst we understand that all applicants for our Certifying Statement / Verification of Results service require their documents to be produced as quickly as possible, we must offer a fair service to all applicants by processing requests in the order they are received.

The 28 day time frame allows for the high volume of applications we receive and for the processing time of payments. Please be assured that every effort is made to complete each case as efficiently as possible.

We suggest that you inform the intended recipient that your application is being processed and that your documents will be produced within 28 days.
