If you are having issues with the payment through the online Certifying Statement application, this could be due to one of the following reasons:
- Invalid or conflicting information has been entered
- Required fields have been missed or entered incorrectly
- Information entered in fields may be incomplete (e.g. missing digits in a telephone number)
If after following the above guidance, you are still having issues with the payment section, we would ask that you complete our hardcopy (PDF) Certifying Statement application form which can be found on our website here.
