You can access the School Support Hub directly via this link: https://schoolsupporthub.cambridge.org/.
If you have a My Cambridge account then you should use those log in credentials to access the School Support Hub.
If you don’t have a My Cambridge account, you need to enter your existing School Support Hub login details, you will then be asked to reset your password. The reset email will be sent from noreply@mycambridge.org.
If you cannot log in successfully using either of the above, click ‘Forgotten password’ from the home page at https://schoolsupporthub.cambridge.org/. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you no longer have access to that email address, you’ll need to contact the School Support hub coordinator at your school to update the email address.
If you are unsure which email address is linked to your School Support Hub account you can check if you have save your log in details in your browser (see instructions below). If your details are not saved you’ll need to contact the School Support hub coordinator at your school.
First, check if your browser has saved your login details:
On Chrome
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Autofill > Passwords.
- Search for “School Support Hub” or the website URL.
- If saved, you’ll see your username and a hidden password (click the eye icon to reveal it, if permitted).
On Microsoft Edge:
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Profiles > Passwords.
- Look for saved credentials related to the School Support Hub.
