What should I do if I have forgotten my password for the Cambridge Primary or Lower Secondary websites?

Users access the Cambridge Primary and Lower Secondary resources through the School Support Hub

If you know the email address that is associated to your profile but do not know what your password is, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the School Support Hub login page 
2. Click Forgotten password and enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password

If you do not know the email address associated to your account, please speak with your School Support Hub coordinator, who will be able to send you a password reset email or confirm the email associated to your account.
