If you know the email address that is associated to your School Support Hub profile. You can reset your password. To do this go to the School Support Hub and click Forgotten password? And follow the instructions. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you no longer have access to that email address, you’ll need to contact the School Support hub coordinator at your school to update the email address.
If you are unsure which email address is linked to your School Support Hub account you can check if you have save your log in details in your browser (see instructions below). If your details are not saved you’ll need to contact the School Support hub coordinator at your school, who will be able to send you a password reset email or confirm the email associated to your account.
On Chrome

- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Autofill > Passwords.
- Search for “School Support Hub” or the website URL.
- If saved, you’ll see your username and a hidden password (click the eye icon to reveal it, if permitted).
On Microsoft Edge:

- Click the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Profiles > Passwords.
- Look for saved credentials related to the School Support Hub.
On Firefox:

- Click the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Saved Logins.
- Search for the site and view saved credentials.
