Is studying IGCSE Economics required before taking A Level Economics?

It is not compulsory to have studied IGCSE Economics (0455) before taking the A Level, but it is highly beneficial.

 
IGCSE provides:

• Core terminology
• Basic economic models
• Foundational exam technique

Students who complete 0455 first, will transition more smoothly into A Level content.
