When will I receive joining instructions for my course?

Face-to-face courses

If you paid by credit card, you will receive your course joining instructions within 24 hours as part of your booking confirmation email. If you selected to pay via invoice, you will receive your course joining instructions via email after your place has been approved by your Professional Development Booking Administrator or Associate Professional Development Booking Administrator.

If you have not received your joining instructions, please check with the centre's Professional Development Booking Administrator that your place has been approved in the first instance. If you do not receive the joining instructions within 24 hours of your booking being approved, please email us at info@cambridgeinternational.org 

Online Tutor-guided courses

For tutor-guided courses, the joining instructions will be sent to you 3 days before the course is due to start. If you have chosen to invoice your school/centre, your booking administrator will need to approve the booking before you receive your joining instructions.

If you have not received your joining instructions, please check with your Professional Development Booking Administrator that your booking has been approved in the first instance. If your booking administrator is unable to approve your booking, or your booking is confirmed and you have not received the enrolment key within 3 days of the course start date, please email us at info@cambridgeinternational.org
