Extracting ZIP files

When you download multiple files from the School Support Hub they will download as a single zip file.

In order to access the files the zip file, they must first be extracted.

Guidance can be downloaded from the internet on extracting zip files, of follow the steps below:

Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 8.1

• Locate the zipped folder that you want to unzip (extract) files or folders from.
• Right-click the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

Mac OS

• Double click the zipped file. The file will automatically be decompressed by Archive Utility into the same folder the compressed file is in.
• Access the extracted files by clicking the appropriate icons.
