Will the 8695 syllabus be developed into a full A Level in the future?

The AS Language and Literature course is being redeveloped and the new syllabus will be published in September 2026 for first assessment in 2029. There are no plans at the moment for an A Level in Language and Literature, and any centre requests for a new course such as this should be made through the Regional Team.
