Can students carry forward marks from 8695 AS Level towards the 9695/9093 A Level syllabus?

The 8695 syllabus is an AS Level qualification only. Centres cannot carry forward AS Level marks from the 8695 syllabus towards the 9695/9093 syllabus as these are different syllabuses.

Therefore, in order for a candidate to obtain a full A Level qualification for the 9695/9093 syllabus they need to sit the AS and A2 components of the syllabus.
