If a candidate has not been selected for a sample but they appear on the video, do they need to be marked as missing / leave blank for that sample?

All candidates need to be listed in the Order Of Merit form but only the candidates that are selected for the sample need to be identified in the ‘Candidate Identification’ column for each Order Of Merit. The Sample candidates should be easily and clearly identifiable on both the Order of Merit form and the video evidence.
