Can a candidate be assessed in all the four physical activities from one category, such as Games?

Candidates cannot choose all the four physical activities from one category. One of the requirements of the syllabus is that candidates must undertake physical activities from at least two of the seven categories and there is no alternative assessment option.

If the school cannot provide the facilities to assess candidates in their chosen activities, then the candidates may use external facilities and local clubs. In all cases the centre must retain the responsibility for monitoring the work and for its assessment and standardisation.
