How do teachers change their email address for the Cambridge Primary/Lower Secondary website?

To update your details from either the Cambridge Primary or Cambridge Lower Secondary support sites, please follow the below steps: 

1. Login to your account.
2. Click on the drop down by your name in the top right-hand corner.
3. Select ‘Profile’
4. Click on the green ‘Edit profile’ button in the bottom left corner. You will be redirected to your profile page on the School Support Hub.
5. From here you can:
• change your name
• change your email
• reset your password
• change your profile picture

From the School Support Hub

1. Login to your account.
2. Click on your user icon at the top right of the page and select ‘View profile’
3. From here you can:
a. change your name
b. change your email
c. reset your password
d. change your profile picture
