What should I do if I have forgotten my password for the Cambridge Primary or Lower Secondary websites?

If you know the email address that is associated to your profile but do not know what your password is:

1. Go to the relevant support site login page:
a. School Support Hub
b. Cambridge Primary 
c. Cambridge Lower Secondary
2. Click ‘Don't remember your password’ and enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password

If you do not know the email address associated to your account, please speak with your School Support Hub coordinator, who will be able to send you a password reset email or confirm the email associated to your account.
