If you know the email address that is associated to your profile, on the School Support Hub login page you can click Forgotten password and enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Your log in for the School Support Hub will also give you access to the Cambridge Primary and Cambridge Lower Secondary sites if your school has eligibility to offer these programmes.
If you do not know the email address associated to your profile, ask your School Support Coordinator to reset your password.
