Credit Card
If you have paid for your booking with a credit card and want to transfer the booking to someone else, you will need to cancel the booking in the Events and Professional Development Planner and rebook it with the details of the teacher who will be attending.
To cancel a booking, log in to your account on our Events and Professional Development Planner and click on ‘My bookings’. Then select your booking and choose cancel.
Please read the terms and conditions as there may be a charge. If you are changing a booking last minute and wish to avoid a cancellation charge, please reply to this email with a supporting email from a senior member of staff at your school.
Bookings cannot be transferred once the course has started.
Invoice
If you have charged the booking to your school and want to transfer the booking to someone else, please contact the Professional Development Booking Administrator at your school/centre/parent centre to let them know. They will be able to reassign the booking to the correct teacher.
