How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel your booking, please log into your account on our Events and Professional Development Planner and click on ‘My bookings’ then select your booking and choose cancel.

Please read the terms and conditions as there may be a charge. If you are unable to attend last minute due to unforeseen circumstances and wish to avoid a cancellation charge please contact us at info@cambridgeinternational.org with a supporting email from a senior member of staff at your school.
