When can we receive the Fees Lists for future exam series?

Qualification entry fees

We will publish Fees List documents specifying the entry fees that will apply in a particular exam series four months before entries open for that series. Centres will receive these Fees Lists via the My Messages section of Direct around the following times: 

• May and June series entry fees - late July the previous year
• October and November series entry fees - late January the same year
• March series entry fees - late May the previous year.

This document includes entry fees for our General Qualifications (IGCSE, O Level, AS & A Level and IPQ) and Primary and Lower Secondary Checkpoint. It also includes Administration fees and Enquiries about results fees. 

Annual Programme fees and other fees

Separate to the series-specific Fees Lists mentioned above, we will also issue an annual Fees List covering the 1 October – 30 September financial year. 

This document includes all Annual Programme fees, Centre Registration/Inspection fees, PDQ fees, Per learner fees for online schools, Administration fees and Enquiries about Results fees.
