In paper 5, is it acceptable to use more than one significant figure in absolute uncertainties?

When the original uncertainties are to one significant figure, candidates should normally provide absolute uncertainties to one significant figure. In intermediate working such as a table of calculated values and in quantities such as the gradient and intercept, retaining an additional significant figure can reduce the accumulation of rounding errors and is not subject to any penalty.
