Can we use photocopies in the exam?

There are potential copyright implications which mean that we cannot condone centres photocopying Set Texts. Please clarify what is acceptable under the terms of international copyright and any local educational licence that might apply.

It is the centre’s responsibility to ensure all texts and materials they use and provide to candidates must be lawfully acquired and used in accordance with the relevant intellectual property laws in that country and internationally.
