How does the candidate use the 10-minute preparation time for the Speaking test?

The ten-minute preparation time is used for the candidates to prepare what the possible scenarios could be based on the prompts in front of them on the candidate cards. There is no further information other than the candidate cards for the candidate to prepare with on the day. You may find it helpful to view the past teachers notes booklets from previous series 2024 for the role play questions and topic conversation topics, and also the equivalent specimen papers.
