Are candidates allowed to practice cooking their dishes between the Planning Session and the Practical Test?

No. Candidates should not be given the opportunity to practice any of the tasks at school between the Planning Session and the Practical Test. At the end of the planning session, the three Preparation Sheets must be taken in by the Practical Examiner and copies must only be given back to the candidates at the start of the Practical Test.
