Your centre will require European-type stoves, in the practical exam each candidate must have access to a European-type stove. In addition, your centre will require standard kitchen equipment - the sort used at home. Electrical equipment such as mixers, blenders, microwaves; normal kitchen utensils, selection of baking tins & trays; selection of pans. Cleaning materials and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for candidates are also needed, plus a first aid kit and fire extinguishers.
