What is the Evidence of Action in the Component 03 (Team Project)?

Evidence of Action is material evidencing that an action took place, such as an action to improve a local issue.  The evidence might be a photo or poster of a book or cake sale, a video (no longer than 10 minutes) of a beach clean.  Other types of evidence permittable are leaflets, webpages and presentations. Long transcripts of interviews are not acceptable.
