Can candidates use the same topic for Component 4 (Speaking and Listening Test) as they used for Component 3 (Coursework Portfolio)?

Work completed for Component 3 should not be used for Component 4. The reason for this is that work completed for Component 3 will be under the general guidance of the teacher, but in Component 4 support in the preparation of materials (by the teacher) is not allowed. Using Component 3 work as part of Component 4 could be an example of maladministration of the test.
