Are students allowed to supply teachers with pre-prepared questions that the teacher can then ask for Component 4 (Speaking and Listening Test)?

For the IGCSE First Language English 0500 & (9-1) 0990/04 Speaking and Listening Test candidates must not take pre-prepared questions or answers into the test.  This would qualify as collusion and maladministration.
