Is IGCSE English as a Second Language (0991/0993) enough proof of language proficiency for visa purposes?

If the grade you achieved in your Cambridge IGCSE English language examination does not provide sufficient evidence of your English language proficiency for visa purposes, you can apply for a Certifying Statement for the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The Certifying Statement for CEFR is a document which gives a breakdown of your Cambridge IGCSE English Language results for all four components or language skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening).
