In what format should I submit the recorded sample for English as a Second Language Speaking test?

For IGCSE English as a Second Language (0510/0511) Paper 3 Speaking test, samples must be submitted in .mp3 format. Recordings must be saved as MPEG Audio Layer 3 (.mp3). Each candidate's recording must be saved as a separate file. For full details please look at the Samples Database here.
