The syllabus year refers to the calendar year in which a candidate is taking their exams.
When there is a change in syllabus version at the end of one calendar year, this will mean AS exams sat in that year will follow the current version of the syllabus and A2 exams sat the following year will follow the new syllabus. This rule applies across all of our syllabuses.
