I am the School Support Hub Coordinator for my school. How do I transfer a booking to another teacher?

To transfer your existing booking to another teacher at your school, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account on our Events and Professional Development Planner

2. Select ‘Manage bookings’ under the ‘Bookings’ tab

3. Find the booking you would like to transfer and select ‘Replace’

4. ‘Select’ the replacement teacher

If the replacement teacher does not yet have an account, go to the ‘users’ tab and create one. Then carry out steps 2-4 again.

It is not possible to transfer a teacher from one course or event to another. You will need to cancel the original booking and make a new one if this is required.
