Downloading individual files using mobile Safari on Apple iPhones and iPads

If your Apple device can’t download an individual file from the School Support Hub using Safari, you may find that you need to enable pop-ups. 

To enable pop-ups on Safari: 

• From the home screen select Settings -> Safari
• Scroll to the General  section
• Then disable Block pop-ups 

Now when you click download on an individual file in the School Support Hub, the file should open on your device and allow you to save it.
