Paper 1 Drama and Poetry: Some of the poems published in Songs of Ourselves, Volume 2, appear differently than those published online. Which should we use?

We are aware that there is a discrepancy between the poems as printed in Songs Of Ourselves Volume 2, and as they appears elsewhere.

As we have specified in the syllabus that Songs Of Ourselves, Volume 2 is the prescribed text for examination, the poems will appear in assessment materials in the form in which they do in this anthology. However, we also make sure that all examiners are made aware of the additional material that appears in other published editions so that no candidate is penalised for writing about the poems as they commonly appear elsewhere.
