What kind of platform should be used for the blog hub?

Any use of a cloud-based storage system would have to be coupled with moderators being given complete and total access to the system, however that might be. It could extend to providing passwords etc. Moderators must not be forced to log in to a system using personal accounts, as clearly this would not be appropriate. The best way to complete this would be to have a simple webpage which collates the links to each individual candidate entered, but we appreciate some centres might be reluctant to have their candidates’ work accessible via a publicly-available webpage.
