Component 01: How long should the film submission be? How will candidates be penalised if they go over?

There is no direct penalty for going beyond the 2-minute length stipulated, however the effect is likely to be self-penalising as the demands for maintaining consistency increase as the length increases. Work should be marked against the criteria and credited appropriately.
