Can the event be an existing event or an event used from a previous cohort, such as an annual school event?

Provided that all the work is completed by the students themselves and would have to fulfil all the requirements of the component. This will include doing feasibility studies of other events and choosing the best one. Students cannot use anything from the previous event. All research and evidence must be completed from scratch.
