Can a centre display/exhibit candidates’ work?

If a centre wishes to display Component 1 and 3 work prior to submission of the digital files, we advise that the physical work is kept secure so that no elements are lost or damaged until the digital files have been submitted.

For Component 2 work, it is important that the examination conditions of the timed test is maintained: that candidates’ supporting studies are not worked on or altered once the test has started, and that the final outcome is only worked on during the test window under exam conditions. For this reason, we advise that if centres wish to display Component 2 work, they wait until after results are released.

We would also advise centres retain any physical work until results are released, in case there is an issue with the digital files and they need to be re-uploaded.
