Do the teachers/coordinators prepare the digital files for upload to Submit for Assessment or can the candidates prepare the files?

Either approach is fine and will be determined by the centre’s resources and what arrangement works best for them. Candidates can carry out the photographing/scanning of their own work and prepare the digital files, provided that the work is checked by the teacher/coordinator prior to upload to Submit for Assessment. This check would be to verify the work to be submitted is the candidate’s own unaided work and that the file meets the Submit for Assessment file requirements listed on the Submit for Assessment Administrative Guide.
