Can Cambridge International AS and A Level grades taken in different examination series be documented on one certificate?

No. If a student completes AS Level in one series and 'tops this up' to A Level in a following series, they will receive two certificates - one for the AS Level after they have successfully taken it and another for the A Level as a whole (including the AS Level) when they have successfully completed it.
