What preparation is needed for speaking, listening and practical examinations?

Special instructions exist for the running of practical examinations, speaking tests and listening tests. The Examinations Officer must be familiar with these instructions well in advance of the examinations, as some may require action prior to the examination such as the pre-testing of materials.
