Speaking: From 2028, will students be able to take their notes into the exam room?

No. You must collect any notes that the candidate has made before the speaking test starts. The candidate must not have access to them during the speaking test. The notes must be retained by the teacher/examiner and then stored securely at the centre until after certificates have been issued.
