Administrative material what is despatched and when

We send out two administrative material despatches. If the entries are made before the entries deadline the first administrative material despatch is sent out mid March for the June series, and mid September for the November series. This despatch contains:

  • Coursework identification labels
  • Address labels
  • Notice to Candidates/ Warning Posters
  • Internal Assessment Mark Sheets (MS1)
  • Forecast Grade Sheets (F1)
  • Multiple Choice Answer Sheets
  • Attendance Registers
  • Barcoded Script Packet Labels for non-timetabled components and multiple choice exams

We send out a second administrative material despatch which will contain the rest of your bar-coded labels, these will be sent on the following times:

June series: late April 

November series: Mid September 2018

We send out bar-coded labels for coursework, multiple choice exams, and examined components held early in the examination period in your first administrative materials despatch.

For exams held later in the examination period bar-coded labels will be sent in a later administrative despatch. These will start to be despatched from late April for the June series and mid September for the November series.

If your school does not receive bar-coded labels in time to stick onto answer script envelopes, please write the following information on the envelopes:

  • centre number
  • syllabus and component of scripts enclosed
  • number of scripts enclosed
  • candidate number range (e.g. 0001 - 0052)
