Will the examiners have familiarity with the subject areas within which students have undertaken their research projects?

The examiners have in-depth knowledge of the research process and the skills assessed through the Cambridge IPQ.  Detailed subject knowledge is not required to assess the Cambridge IPQ as the assessment is based upon skills rather than content.
