Will students be penalized if they go past the 2000-word limit for Component 3 (Coursework)?

Candidates are expected to produce an extended piece of writing of up to 2000 words in length.  Any words beyond the 2000 limit will not be assessed.  The limit does not include any footnotes or bibliography.
