What results documentation do we send to UK schools?

For all qualifications except Cambridge Primary Checkpoint and Cambridge Checkpoint, you will receive the following documents in hard copy after the release of provisional results online:

  • Results by syllabus, option and component for teaching staff.
  • Moderation adjustment summary reports for teaching staff (where applicable): a summary of moderation adjustments for every internally assessed component.
  • Moderation report for teaching staff (where applicable): a report on the moderation for each internally assessed component.

In response to your feedback to reduce the amount of paper-based information we send you, you will not receive the Cambridge guide to results despatch in your provisional results despatch. You can download the guide from the ‘Support materials’ section of Cambridge International Direct.

For more information, please read section 6 of the Cambridge Handbook, which can be downloaded from our website here.

Changes to the Cambridge provisional results despatch from June 2015 (UK)

If your school is in the UK, your provisional results despatch will not include hard copy statements of results and results broadsheets. You can download statements of results and results broadsheets from the Direct homepage or from your MIS package when results are released online. Six weeks after results release, statements of results and results broadsheets will be removed from the Direct homepage. To access them you will need to log in to Direct, visit the ‘Administer Exams’ section and click on the ‘File Transfers’ tab. The explanatory notes showing what the qualification and syllabus grades mean do not appear on electronic statements of results. You can download the explanatory notes as a separate document from the ‘Support Materials’ section of Direct.
