The Individual Candidate Record Card must be used when assessing an individual student's work and should be submitted to Cambridge along with each student's piece of coursework. The Coursework Assessment Summary Form should contain all students entered for this option, along with the appropriate marks and should also be submitted with students' work. The marks given on both of these forms should be the final mark determined by the school.
