Can Cambridge IGCSE coursework video evidence be submitted on DVD?

Evidence should only be submitted on full-sized DVDs in a standard PAL or NTSC format rather than the mini DVD format. Schools must check they can be played on a stand-alone DVD player (not a computer) before sending their moderation sample to Cambridge. Please refer to the relevant syllabus for more specific information.

DVD evidence should be checked after you have completed the recording. This will ensure that the right amount of video has been recorded in order to confirm the mark awarded. It is also important that the DVD is in a format that can be viewed on a UK DVD player.

Due to the large number of schools registered with Cambridge, it is not possible to accommodate different DVD formats. Schools will be contacted if the moderator is unable to view the video recordings, to indicate that a replacement recording is required.
