I have received an A2C error message. What should I do? (UK schools)

You may receive an authentication error message when uploading your Cambridge A2C Access Key. If you do, please allow a few hours and try again. You should then be able to successfully access our files. 

If you receive any other error message, please send a screenshot and a description of the issue to Customer Services on info@cambridgeinternational.org.
