I am the Teacher Support Coordinator for my school, how do I approve/reject bookings made by my teachers on the booking system?

If you are a Teacher Support Coordinator, you are responsible for approving or rejecting event bookings made by teachers at your school or associate schools.

We have an online booking system for all Cambridge events, including training, conferences and seminars. 

How to approve/reject event bookings

You will be notified by email whenever a teacher from your school or associate school books an event that requires approval. The email will be sent from and will include a link to the online booking system. 

If you do not receive the automated email, please click here to access the booking website.

1. Click on the link in the email. This will take you to our events booking system
2. View the booking(s) you have been asked to authorise on the home page. Alternatively, you can view them by selecting 'My Company' then 'Course date authorisation'
3. Choose ‘book’ or ‘cancel’ to approve or reject a booking.

You will not be asked to authorise bookings for free events or those that have been booked privately by credit card.
